政府官員是指：
- 任何政府或者政府的任何機構、部委或部門的官員或雇員（任何級別）
- 代表政府工作的任何人，無論其級別或職位如何
- ?政府全部或者部分控股的企業（如中石油、中石化、中海油、延長石油、北汽集團、中國重汽、陜西重汽等國有公司）的官員或雇員
- 政黨的任何官員
- 政治職務候選人
- 公共國際組織（如聯合國或世界銀行）的官員或雇員
- 以上各項的直系親屬（此處直系親屬指配偶、受撫養子女、父母或家庭成員）
為什么我們需要這些信息？
這是殼牌集團為在商業和事務活動中保持最高道德標準的政策所要求。政府官員或與政府官員相關可能會影響或被認為影響您的決策，損害您和殼牌的名譽。為確保遵守招聘流程的誠信，我們需要在早期階段鑒定任何的利益沖突。如果您被殼牌成功雇傭，作為殼牌行為準則的一部分，我們要求所有雇員登記所有實際或感知上的利益沖突。
如果您是政府官員或與政府官員相關，這并不會影響您成為殼牌雇員的資格。聲明前述任何關系將會保護您與殼牌。
A Government Official means any:
- Official or employee of any Government, or any agency, ministry or department of a Government (at any level).?
- Any person acting in an official capacity for a Government regardless of rank or position.
- Official or employee of any company wholly or partially controlled by a Government (for example, a state-owned company like CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, Yanchang, BAIC, Sinotruck and Shanxi Heavy, etc.)
- Any official of a political party.
- Candidate for political office.
- Officer or employee of a public international organisation, such as the United Nations or the World Bank.
- Immediate family member (meaning a spouse, dependent child, parent or household member) of any of the above.
Why are we asking for this information?
It is the policy of the Shell Group to maintain the highest level of ethical standards in the conduct of its business and affairs. Being a Government Official or related to a Government Official could influence or could be perceived to influence your decision-making and jeopardize your reputation and that of Shell. In order to ensure that the integrity of the Recruitment process is maintained, we need to identify any conflicts of interest at an early stage. Should you be successfully hired by Shell, as part of Shell’s Code of Conduct, we require all Shell employees to register all actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
If you are a Government Official or related to a Government Official, this does not impact your eligibility to work for Shell. Declaring any such relationship will protect both you and Shell.
